LoadRep Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LoadRep’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use LoadRep’s services.

2. Services Provided

LoadRep provides dispatching services for trucking loads. We connect owner-operators with available loads. Our services include, but are not limited to, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Conestoga, and Stepdeck loads.

3. Fee Structure

LoadRep charges a 10% flat fee for each load dispatched. This fee is payable upon successful completion of the load.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Owner-operators are responsible for all aspects of the transportation of the load, including but not limited to, compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

5. Liability

LoadRep is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the transportation of loads. Owner-operators are solely responsible for their own actions and the actions of their employees.

6. Changes to Terms

LoadRep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas/United States.
